Become Public Limited Company
The company registered itself with Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) as a Public Limited Company and is one of the largest Real Estate Company in the private sector.

Our Story
The company is the pioneer Public Limited Company in the country in Real Estate Business under the private sector. It was formed under the leadership of Mr. Saidur Rahman to reduce the housing problems of Dhaka city. It started its work by successfully implementing a project of Banasree, Rampura, Turag City, Diyabari, Priyangan Mirpur, Priyanka City, Uttara, Priyanka Runway Society, Uttara, Piyanka Westarn Society, Biruliya, savar. The mentioned housing projects provide low-cost housing for the residents of the mentioned projects, keeping all the Artistic as pects of the most modern civic amerities within the purchasing range of the common people.
It was the first to provide low-cost housing to the residents of Bangladesh. Within a short span of time it turned out to be one of the most trusted companies in the housing sector.
